Each package contains a deliverynote and a re-order number.
This is not the number on the back of the pictures or the number on the bank-transfer-form
To your attention: Each picture is specially made for you.
You cannot give it back, exept you have a complaint.
We save the picture-data an certrain amount of time before
deleting them.
The deletion-date is given on your deliverynote.
The normal time to deliver is 1-3 weeks.
We send via DHL oder UPS.
We are allowed to deliver to customers only.
That means, that you can get re-orderd pictures after buying the original set.
